Auntie Amanda's House & Papi's Birthday

We went to stay with Auntie Amanda at her new {really cute} house in Austin, celebrated Papi's birthday, and celebrated Easter all in one weekend! I'll post the Easter pictures in the next post.

We just hung out in the backyard on Friday and had a crawfish boil on Saturday for Dan's birthday. The weather was great, so it was awesome to be outside that much.

I mentioned the other day that Carson had moved on from MaMa to Mommy (well, MOM-MEEEE!), and it's one of his favorite things to say. Ahhhh, love it....

Well, now he's added DA-DEEEEE to his repertoire...

Weekend Wrap Up!

We were here this weekend and enjoyed spending quite a bit of time outside. Andrew fished a trout tournament with one of his friends/co-workers. They didn't win, but they caught a lot of fish. Yum Yum!


I was on the Mini Retreat team at church, so Carson's favorite babysitter came and watched him from 7:30am until about 2:00pm. She brought him a donut and he LOVED it! I heard he did a little happy dance in his high chair! We love Miss Katy!

Carson said at least four new words this weekend - moon, boat, bubble, and bath. He also says 'eye' a lot now and said 'mouth' last week. I don't know how many words he says now, but I know there seems to be a lot more now than there were a month ago. It seems like every day I hear him say something new. So cute!
