We Missed Ya, Farm!

It seemed like FOREVER since we had a weekend at the farm!  I don't think I had been since May.  We don't usually go too often in the summer just because it's so miserably hot and all we do is hang out inside.   Well, this past weekend was GORGEOUS!!!  Man...we miss ya, Farm!!!

One benefit of having Dish, is that we just pack up our box from home and bring it up to the farm.  I bought an extra dish of eBay last year, so all we have to do is plug it all in.  Andrew will disagree that this is ALL you have to do.  He's usually outside for quite a white trying to get the dish lined back up right again.  It's just on the fence, so not too stable and critters and cows probably mess with it.  Anyways, Andrew and Dan got it figured out; therefore, WE HAD FOOTBALL.  That's the only reason to watch TV when we're up there.  We won't go into detail about how the football game that we cared about went.  Ugh...

At least the little man looked cute in his new jersey! He was cleaning up "cow poo-poo."

Carson LOVES all of Daddy's old toys...green army men, mini dinosaurs, Matchbox cars!

Carson loves his Jeremy & Jamie!

We went on LOTS of walks up to the gate and back.  They were actually more like RUNS.  He ran all the way to the gate, a 1/4 mile.  Then, ran most of the way back.  We looked at the cows, drove Daddy's truck, went to town with Papi and had chicken nuggets, AND slept in the bottom bunk in our room LIKE A CHAMP!  This was only after the first night with Wannie & Papi was a little rough.  This kid dreams a lot and can be pretty violent in his sleep.  We learned this the prior weekend at the Dove Hunt when the three of us shared a blow-up mattress.  That was rough.

FARM... CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU AGAIN IN OCTOBER!!!
