LOOK OUT! We have a little grabber on our hands. I probably should have called this post, "If It's Within Arms Reach... or a little more." Nothing is safe anymore. I feel like we could be like Cam and Mitch on Modern Family when they are out and about and discover their little baby girl Lily "stole" something. I can totally see how that happens. Luckily, he's still not mobile yet, so it's not as bad as it will be. I can no longer set the bowl on his high chair, or even on the table next to the high chair, unless it's WAY out of reach. If he sits in my lap at my desk, the mouse is the first thing he reaches for. He's been "crashing" a lot lately when sitting up because he thinks he can reach something that's out of reach. I have been very impressed though how far he can reach and then get right back to a perfect sitting position. Don't you wish we all had the posture of a newly-sitting baby? His most fascinating "non-toy" has got to be one of Andrew's old duck calls. (Probably not the cleanest thing in the world to be going in his mouth, oh well...we're building immunities.) His Exersaucer has also become much more entertaining to him now than ever.

Going for the toucan birdie...

Guess we should probably think about baby-proofing here pretty soon...
